Sonnet Nr.03 — Tragedy in Gaza

In the Gaza Extermination Zone    
unacceptable by any measure      
the dogged pursuit of Hamas erasure      
kills civilians in and out of their homes;    
as buildings collapse, hear the crunch of bones      
relentless missiles fired with a leisure      
that clock religious measure-for-treasure      
dating back to fantasy chromosomes    
     
Strange, Palestinians too are Semitic      
Jewish-Arab brotherhood rejected    
extremists in charge, apocalyptic,    
fellow humans march for peace, suspected    
meanwhile, weapons-makers, parasitic      
are rocketing profits, war-addicted.
