Fragrance

hours after a bath's embrace,
scents from clean skin begins to rise,
nature's secrets a fragrant surprise.
aromatic whispers wafting on my face

I love lavender's soothing allure
and the smell of lemon on my hair
a fragrance’s subtle kiss
that lingers in my senses

perfume's elegant spell weave
around the naked knee
as I sink among blossoms strewn
on crystal liquid languidly

a brief kiss a sweet surrender
to the unfolding emotions, memories
eyes close as fragrances weave stories
and feel an ethereal embrace.
