Lost in Darkness
I don’t do well with silence
The screaming in my head
Consumes me when I’m all alone
The nighttime now I dread
The darkness and the quiet
They wreck apart my brain
They tell me things that are not true
It makes me go insane
So hold me as I scream out
And I rid myself this peace
In the chaos I find comfort
In the madness I find me
Hold me tight and don’t let go
I may struggle to break free
Don’t give up and love me hard
In doing so you will save me
