I stare into the mirror
wide eyed and confused
is this not my reflection?
some days I see beauty
(do you wish that you loved me?)
some days I see trash
(fight the fact. create a mark.)

you turned the page and I'm left alone
sinking into the darkness of my mind
we all decided to break me in the end

edge of complaisance
the path of unending spiral
and I forever walk it alone
