Spent the whole evening on two very unsatisfactory virtual chats and finally this customer service call. I'm starting to think I really CAN write poetry about anything, anywhere...

My brain got rage-y just reading this. Like, honestly. Filled with rage. That is THE WORST. Free trials are a lie, and customer service is stationed in hell. I'm sure of it.

Maybe I should have a trigger warning on this one!!
I wish I had jumped straight to the phone call. The virtual chats were slow, useless and infuriating. I'm quite proud that I didn't take that out on the phone guy, who was actually quite reasonable...

It's frustrating to say the least when dealing with these calls, but lately with so much frauds and scams, I've lost all my patience, especially with the robots.
