Silence with stillness;
appreciated,
amongst numerous attentions,
holidayed respite
from rat raced demands.
Momentary,
as a wind rustled leaf
on the tree,
caressed
and not forced,
such joy can fade
yet these moments
needn't be held
forever
brief junctures
fronting junctions to next steps
before once more
into life's breached peace.
