Dear NK
I recall the first moment we met
Your tiny form a blur of motion
Your heartbeat a reminder of the impermanence of life
Your scent, a unique blend of joy and wonder
Filled me with a sense of purpose and love
I vowed to do all that I could to support and nurture you
But now, as we say goodbye
Both of us in the icy grip of death
My heart aches with grief and remorse
I would do anything to change the past
Your body, now still and pale
But your spirit a bright flame that will never be extinguished
You are forever etched in the fabric of my being, a testament to the boundless love we shared.
