Seeds of Enlightenment

Step into my mind and you will find the depths of my delusion
Step into my soul for more control to eliminate profusion

Walk with me and you will see
The steps that I've been taking
If you fall behind, just hold the line
Even if the ground is quaking

The ups
The downs
The cross
The crown
The madness I've been feeling
The ins
The outs
The frivolous doubt
These are the cards he's dealing

Feeling empty together?
Dissever the tether
And run as far as you need
Once you are free, drop to your knee
And plant the enlightenment seed

Watch it grow or watch it wither
Watch it withhold. Watch it deliver
Doesn't care if you're young or old
Whether you're soft or whether you're cold
Whether you're sane or filled with envy
If you're a friend or if you're an enemy
The plant will surely grow regardless
Whether you're merciful or whether you're heartless

Merging the cultures of so many minds
Enlightenment engenders the ripest of kinds
Whether were naked or still in our rinds
Individualism is still the tie that binds
