Mistaken Slacker

Have you ever fucked up, I mean really fucked up
So fucking bad you don't know how you fucked up
Lately it seems simply awaking and my life has ran amuck
Once I was totally in the groove, but now my needle is stuck

I'm surprised at my contiuous ability to piss her off
Hell we had sex, we went to sleep, I went to work and all was lost
I worked two hours over and when I got home the stove was cold
She's on two computers and the cellphone with a bitch on hold

She raises a finger in the air letting me know to get in line
She gave her finger a swirl telling me to undress and wash my behind
The math isn't adding up, the more overtime I worked the further in debt I got
The stove and the bedroom are both cold, but the computers are always hot

Loneliness begins to set in, temptations of masturbating in the shower
Two hours of over time is added to by a few more hours
Happy hours at the bars, the music and crowd was already keyed up
I simply stopped by the ATM and got enough for drinks and what's up

No longer caring about that cold bed and stove, my life a single man's dream
I'm home only long enough to change clothes, I'm catching meals in between
Every week there seems to be a new substitute for her, ready to play the part
Smiling from the end of the bar, they knew what I needed from the start

Hot meals were mounting up, they were being delivered to my job
My work was starting to suffer, the company was getting robbed
I hadn't seen her in sometime, hadn't even notice if she was still there
It seems the last thing that I remembered was her swirling her finger in the air

Looking about the house seems there are quite a few things gone
It doesn't take a genius to realize that I now live all alone
But there on the table was a paper one address directly to me
It said hope you found what you were looking for, thanks for helping with my degree
