New light recipe (one serving)

Spaghetti sauce (herbs and spices)
Mozarella cheeze
Six sliced decent size mushrooms
One half italian sausage (mild)
No pasta, no spaghetti, zip.
Separately cook sausage and mushroom slices
Add sauce and cheeze
Microwave for two minutes.
Prepare two slices of garlic toasts
And serve.
