Rice Dish

Love it.  On occasion.

 I'm a rice lover so anything with it, I like it. thanks for the read and comment. :)

I love cooking and eating great food.
Also having a great meal out with a friend.
Enjoyed how you arranged the poem. Starting
with the meat and working your way through the meal.

I've always wanted to try Asian cooking but it
scares me in a way. One day hopefully:)

Oh my it is easy! Learn how to cook rice properly and the rest follows. I cook rice with salt and oil added to it and then after its almost absorbed all the water dump it on a plate and let it air out for 30 minutes to make it less sticky as the  majority of the water vapor evaporates as steam. Then the rice will be more fluffy not so sticky. Don't forget to spread it thinly so it all gets a chance to let off steam... literally. lol Then add it back to a pan to fry it with any vegetables you like and or meat. There ya go. I'm learning more about cooking rice dishes since my kiddos love asian food and is mostly all they will eat now. My parents loved asian foods and always went out to eat it and mother tried to learn to cook chinese. I still have her chinese cookbook. Sorry for the long wind!!!
