Redwood tree
You, a redwood tree
And I, cascading wild vine
Climbing up luxuriant, your spine
Raise a coiled snake
Flayling leaves, dance awake
Corybantic in the sky
Feeling every embrace
Sun kissed her empty space
Gooey melting inside
Hung on to the creaking branches of arms
Swaying honey hive swarms
Deep inside buried life is born
Roots kissed against her earth
Look to see to
Come back to
Come back to life
Back to you
Die to become
Come back to
Back to life
A river, the road
A clear yes or no
And I, cascading wild vine
Climbing up luxuriant, your spine
Raise a coiled snake
Flayling leaves, dance awake
Corybantic in the sky
Feeling every embrace
Sun kissed her empty space
Gooey melting inside
Hung on to the creaking branches of arms
Swaying honey hive swarms
Deep inside buried life is born
Roots kissed against her earth
Look to see to
Come back to
Come back to life
Back to you
Die to become
Come back to
Back to life
A river, the road
A clear yes or no
