Ringlets
Weaving together
Outlets
Like movements
Of satyrs
Over vespers

Breezes
Stirring in

At midnight
Ran on treadmill for 30 minutes
Then attended to some things
Then went on hour long bike ride by the lake
Moon spectacular
Saw two people sleeping under a blanket
in the middle of a sidewalk
My eagle vision saved them from
being run over without remorse... :p
Road by old Satanic House
Strange vibes
Thought a lot
On the way home the first five
lines of this piece came to me...

That's the way to get it done, dear Cipher! I love that the treadmill able to allow for a better and easier transition to your bike riding.... it sounds like it really helped!!

I will be glad to get back to a place
where I can run for an hour... Or two...
At a decent pace...
Getting back into biking has been very enjoyable..
I always used to bike to get to
places, but I am approaching from the exercise standpoint... Which is cool.
