No Longer…..
connected to a rusty chain of regrets, dragging me thru an emerald sea of corruptive dying dreams
No Longer…..
is a glowing purple moon light a darkened sky, now black against an horizon of sin, temporarily dawning an invisible mask, to have shared passion with a cryptic soul, who crumbled this heart up, trashing it as if it were nothing
No Longer…..
is the next breath a struggle to breathe, but a cleaning power of strength against my weaknesses
No Longer…..
will your tormenting silence haunt me, keeping me held in a disillusioned past, worrying if one day you will once again be my friend, luver or remain a foe
No Longer…..
will I carry your ghostly shadow within my flesh, forgiveness I’ve pleaded, you chose not to grant it, but God did and now that rusty chain is broken, my strength in words He has given back to me, will never surrender them again

It must feel amazing when the chains that burden us are finally cut off and we’re free to love ourselves the way god does. Your poem makes me think of all the constraints I place on myself and how much harder and meaner I am to me. I really appreciated and enjoyed the spirituality in this piece and the power of it. H🌷

Hey H, it feels great to have my heart & soul clear of hurt, now filled with understanding and healing, yes, we hold ourselves in chains thinking we did it all wrong, should of made different choices, cut chains my friend, cause life is short, honored for the RL, purple luv & hugs xo :)

Some chains are difficult to break even when we know they only bind us to something that suffocates all the good and leaves us empty. It's hard to imagine the regret when someone finally realizes they have lost your purple luv, radiance, and hugs forever. That's true devastation. I am so glad you broke the rusty chain and found your strength again. xo
