Why do you tear yourself down everyday
Looking into that mirror and say yuck as you pinch your belly
As you pull up on your muffin top your babies gave you
As you stare at the pimples covering  your face  
Stop stereotyping yourself as unpretty
Stop being your own worst enemy  
Stop believing those demons in your head
Beauty comes from within your soul  
Beauty is treating other humans as they are family
Beauty is overlooking those flaws you might see
Be the type of Beautiful you were made to be
