I’ve come a long way

The days are long and nights are short
I sit and wonder what I’ve done in this world
I often wonder, where the hell am I going in this world
I wonder as I see what I just did in my rear
What I’ve accomplished in this world
Where I’ve been and what I’ve done
I think about the good, bad and ugly
And wonder how did I do all that and I’m still here
I wonder what happened all those who I crossed paths with
Those who hated me and liked me
Even those who put me on a path to where I am today.
I wonder cause I know I’ve done a lot in this world and I have plenty more to get done
I still have plenty to go before I get to enjoy it all.
It’s why, enjoy it now cause when it’s all said and done
You’ll get to turn around and see all the things you’ve done.
