To my inner critic,
Do you mind keeping it down,
You seem to increase the volume, when good things come around,
You're like a broken record, forever on repeat, telling me i'll give up, so my goals stay incomplete.

With a few words you say a lot. We can be toughest on ourselves. Particularly if you compare yourselves to others and you feel like you are lacking. The toughest is accepting who you are and be happy with your life and accomplishments. Don't gloss over the success with the disappointments.
