Within The Act Of War... Light Shines On The Art Of Treason
The act of war you shall find my torch
A two-edged sword of begotten tongues cut out,
Sufferings of condemned skin will be scourged
I come into your dreams of nightfall with thy twins of light
Dishonor in the cry to my ears found in the thunderous of mythological plights
Three heads of war, life, and I give you sudden death
Your eyes I blind from the apparition to suffer thy temple unto the
mourn viciousness of my welts
Rajo Guna
Tamo Guna
Sattva Guna
I am ruler over the midst found in them all
Crossroads to bear as my shied protects the departing in rebirth
Mantras to the darkness, the passages marked to spirits to rid the
afterlife of false curses
Fruit sways from the bite given of earthly life
Upon head, self-mutilation’s dread thrice
Comforted by the bleed of its strife
The key to the underworld I roam
To bring order to chaos within my force as surely as I am midnight to honor the dusk of dawn

Hecate or Hekate is a goddess in ancient Greek religion and mythology, most often shown holding a pair of torches, a key, snakes or accompanied by dogs and in later periods depicted in triple form. She is variously associated with crossroads, entrance-ways, night, light, magic, witchcraft, knowledge of herbs and poisonous plants, ghosts, necromancy, and sorcery. Her earliest appearance in literature was in Hesiod's Theogony in the 8th century BCE as a goddess of great honor with domains in sky, earth, and sea. Her place of origin is debated by scholars, but she had popular followings amongst the witches of Thessaly and an important sanctuary among the Carian Greeks of Asia Minor in Lagina.
