the hubcap here achieves in visually becoming more than the sum of its parts;
the colors and design around the edge suggests the barrio;
the Pollack-style drips in the center are very effective in obliterating what it was, and still is; trick the eye, a tromp l'oeil'
what's cheeky is the Chrysler lettering, daring the view to see the object, instead of the image.
