endangered spot

out the house just down the street,
was an oasis of a natural treat,
where peace and tranquility
would often compete,

use to be a heartfelt to see,
pastel flowers and rainbow trees,
aromatic addiction drawn in like bees,
a sense-filled fiesta in pageant beautiffity...

but, no one cares about all that rot,
those priceless mental photo shots,
reduced them to a pitiful one line jot,
a faded memory that ends with a dot.,

now replaced by something really hot,
urban expansion is what you got,
black walnut asphalt parking lot,
cloud hue stripes and sun yellow stops,

an a containment fence for the endangered spots,
plus two sky-blue self locking porta pots
can you beat that, no you can not!

a faded memory that ends with a dot.,
can’t help fill
the endangered parking lot.
