The box can only conceal things we allow. There’s no shame in self forgiveness. Once our thinking is outside the box... we should never look back... tomorrow is always a new day.

Ah, this explains narcissistic behavior of the other. And codependency the other half. Well written. Hope life is better now (if this is relevant to your real life)
