FREE FALL
a single feather
floating by
snared by zephyr
the coo of a dove
heard though unseen
memories spring
from deepest recess
voice heard
speaking again
from stale confines
blow up flames
on smouldering embers
heart cracked
held together by threads of faith
to where lead the aimless meander
days inhaled exhaled
nights slept through
mourning morns
without the answering dusk
shackled in memories
but I love you
