Try not to be too hard on yourself, m'kay?  Seriously, your spirit is a very positive one, and it's just trying to find its own way amid fucked up circumstances globally right now, and touch times locally. Everyone is having a tough time adjusting. Plus, the current energy is challenging; every light worker I've spoken with is meeting challenges and feeling fatigued. It's comforting to know I wasn't alone.

I was led to do a protection ritual this morning, and will have to repeat it for three days. It clears away the trash that does't belong to you from your energy field. I felt twice as good physically after performing it, and 90% better spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.

Thank you.... I know Christmas always comes, along with its blessings, and my lack of preparation hasn't stopped it yet! Yesterday was just a moment....

There have been a whole host of different responsibilities this year, even though the celebrations are smaller. Producing music recordings & videos for our church services on zoom has been a joy since April, but with the sheer quantity required in this season, there are moments when it feels like a burden. Between that and my own expectations, there's been little time for stillness and reflection. Looking forward to that in the coming week.
