The Divine One
Her light shines brightly
No less the largest star
Glowing against a heavenly sky
She is perhaps more wordy
Than she is worldly
But if it's true it doesn't
Diminish her worthiness
And I suspect she was
Surely born with a pen
Clenched in one hand
With her pen
She takes us to
Places we have never
Been before
As divine as she is
I can picture her in the jungle
Keeping company with
The wildest of beasts
Or perhaps
Deep in the forrest
Painting pictures
With her enchanting pen
She speaks her truth
Having drawn from
The depths of her soul
Her divine words
Like beautiful songs
They dwell inside one's heart
She is probably unaware
Of her impact on the people
That surround her
But now they have found her
They profoundly love and adore her
No less the largest star
Glowing against a heavenly sky
She is perhaps more wordy
Than she is worldly
But if it's true it doesn't
Diminish her worthiness
And I suspect she was
Surely born with a pen
Clenched in one hand
With her pen
She takes us to
Places we have never
