As my brother says, "nothing jumps a curb like a rental car".... "nothing soaks up stains like rental car"... "nothing takes a corner like a rental car"... etc. Add your own vehicular misbehaviour.

good morning dearest Poet I was just talking with someone about the open road back in the day
sadly where I live the main highway is all cut up town to town now and we are forced to travel the freeways
to move about Cali... it's not quite the same nothing is but the music does take us back to those days...

here in California traveling golden state was the open road no traffic hardly it was beautiful I'm very nostalgic lately so your poem spoke to my heart ❤ I live in the country on a ten acre ranch I would never want to live in a city again I hear you on that 💕
