Morning
Morning blossomed softy
unfurling its lemony petals
spreading them slowly
to sleepy meadows
and sombre sky
radiance of its beauty
nudged us from our dreams
and cast a serene glow
that was untouched and pure
brightening up every object and being
with its stream of red and golden hues revealing its splendor to those
who cared to watch it bloom
Unfolding gently, growing in beauty
as the moments passed by;
from a tender luminous bud
to a dazzling sight
It brought gifts of happiness
by its charming allure
It emanated a sweet fragrance
refreshing us with
new promises and hopes
