The Mourning After

The first was the finest
She was very quiet
I'll never forget
How she felt:
It was like velvet
Smelled like a dozen roses
Slippery as a pool of blood
Man, it felt so good
My second was sleazy
She was very easy
I'll never forget
How she felt:
It was like barbwire
Smelled like a forest fire
Dry as a sandy desert
Man, it felt so bad
Can't remember many more
Only been with a few good whores
My last I took as my bride
Show her off with plenty of pride
Never bad-mouth her 'til my last breath
Always will love her, even after her death
They always say;
"You never forget your first corpse"
