Wally's Predictions for 2020

For the year twenty-twenty I predict,
There will be a new strain of strange infections,
That’s because the anti vaxxer movement,
Will keep heading in the same direction.

For the year twenty-twenty I foresee,
Massive glaciers breaking and falling into the seas,
As idiots in government deny global warming,
While in the cities water is up to their knees.

For the year twenty-twenty I foretell,
Bigger hurricanes will pound the east coast,
As idiots in government deny global warming,
Their souls will become more decomposed.

For the year twenty-twenty I portend,
The global economy will have a big hiccup,
Investors will get greedy but mainly because…
Some idiots in government will fuck it up.

But I also envision heroes and dreamers,
Someone somewhere will have an answer,
As technology and knowledge will advance,
Somebody will find the cure for cancer.

So let’s be hopeful and optimistic for this year,
Be the positive image you want to represent,
You’ll achieve the goals and dreams so long as…
You don’t elect idiots to the government.
