You bring me no flowers to bloom my love
My sacred garden lays bare
Hopeless of depletion to my withering softened and delicate petals
My handsome Gardner, I am a stunning rose growing among thistles and thorns
Devoid of cosmic rain showers
Come unto me as you gently caress my beautiful stems of life
Pollinate me as you instill the deepness of my sacred soil
As I ache to be plucked
Fertilize me as I bloom under your gentle touch
Adorn me as you would give me of yourself
My roses are so beautiful, so red
Nestling against a blue Violet such as you
Cultivate me as I lay in wait
Nourish me in the moisten of my enlightenment, shine upon your beam’s passion
Caring hands gently placing me in the vase of your heart
Set me on the shelf of your highest honor
Your mind

Love the mixing in of horticultural terms in an erotic poem- a poem that makes gardening sexy! Favourite lines (tone both romantic and sexy, tone reminds me of the Song of Solomon):
"My handsome Gardner, I am a stunning rose growing among thistles and thorns

That comes across as a plea to be plucked and set in a better place.
As I write I am about to visit a Sweet Pea Festival at an English town called Wem. (Used to be a centre of sweet pea growing in England.)
