The human mouth rings so shallow
while  shrouding itself in a shit-screen
of grandiose
significance,

the significance of being meaningless
in tangles of prevarication, manipulation,
the commonality of lies telling of "truth"
that is of a self-same horror delusion.

"Speak! Say something!. Something worth speaking of."

"Surely you have some prized opinion or cherished
                                 belief
                worth shouting  from the roof'tops."
