A pretty poem. I would however suggest making the last line's "a" capitalized to match the other lines so they are all A.

beautifully succinct Jasmine...I discovered a new and very fragrant early spring (here) flower this morning, Sweet Box on a morning walk...its fragrance lured me in...

the scientific (Latin) name is Sarcococca Very similar in appearance and fragrance to star jasmine which flowers in November here...(or all the time in Taiwan),,,
