I spent about 10 minutes going back and forth with that part. It was either going to be mirror or mirrored, and I was having trouble deciding which. It made sense with both words: 'mirror softly in my mind' sounded more elegant, but "mirrored softly in my mind" sounded better with the overall sentence.

Either way, I'm happy with it, so thank you for the reassurance and the compliment :)
