His Touch
It sends vibrations throughout my body
Tremors run down my spine as his hand grazes across mine
His smile brings my heart to life his laugh makes me high
I always seem to wonder how he does all this
I've always been the cautious one
I've always been afraid
Until he walked in the door to my life and flipped it upside-down
Now all I think about is keeping my feet off the ground
He doesn't understand how he makes me feel
When I can't breathe from just being near him
He's my own personal drug and every moment is intoxicating
I can't help but to want more but if I want too much he might leave so I leave a space between
He doesn't want to talk about his past so I'm going to leave it be
Until he's ready to open up I'll let him get to know me
