Thank you. I've had a rough week. Never really cared much for the word "triggered" but I feel like it applied, starting with a mundane survey and then so much troubling news.... lost a lot of sleep over anxious thoughts and memories. Deep and complex issues that I realize I'm going to need to deal with. This is a start.

Thank you. Easy stuff is getting ridiculously complicated lately - something is waking up. I don't know yet whether it's a monster or a gift. And I need to decide whether to welcome it or smack it back down into the darkness. Not sure if I have a choice.
