I don't think neither one of those groups of people would care for the place of the other. It might cure some boredom forever though.

Novelty...and boredom
and lock two bored souls inside a bedroom
voila...
it reminded me..in some parts(mailnly getting locked up wantonly) of the 90's when some of the children
of wealthy families were caught in the act of burglary...purely for the sake of thrills and in their own words..adventure.

Yes, it's a very sad & unfair World in which we live.

Think about....

There are places in this world------comma after the world
where innocent people------- of innocent people's  
are being held in shackles--------leave out (are being)----coma after shackles,
against their will ---------full stop after will.
and being tortured-------- after----instead of and-
sometimes killed
by individuals;
who obey
what they call
authority!

There are places in this world------,
where bored people ----only---- get rid of where
pay and beg for
being held in shackles,----comma
and being tortured.
according to their will
by individuals------------------these individuals
who obey
what they call
desire!

I hope this will give you some help, make it more interesting by adding some strategic adverbs,

it takes me a long time to write something of a poem
