inside I still feel the same as when I was 11...my inner child never left...I know what you mean by skimming seeming to be a waste of words..but we are more than what's deep inside we are also the interface of our outer selves...in astrology the outer self is one's Rising sign, our inner self the Sun with the pervasive in between state of habitual consciousness being the Moon...to be whole we must be all of our parts..in any event another fascinating read Brenda....

I see , I saw ,

Spun on the merry go round ,

Played mumbly peg ,

Hopscotch on one leg ,

Rode my bike ,

Did what I liked ,

Licked icing out of the bowl ,  

Jumped rope till it took it's toll ,  

Ran through woods ,  

Played hide and seek ,  

And peek a boo ,

Wrote some notes saying "I love you" ,

Danced and twirled ,  

At a fair rode the tilt a whirl ,

Even played with dolls with girls ,

And every time I forget ,  

I just let myself , down of the shelf ,

And remember the fun of this rhyme of mine !

Sometimes , Mi' Lady Crimsin , it is just remembering how to be a fool ,

and ***play*** , screw what anyone thinks...

( every now and then , I just stand , and twirl until I fall down , laughing ! )

Now , go let your hair down , have fun playing , then drink a soda pop ,  

eat some ice cream in the middle of the day , then take a bath , and  

splash around , until water is all over the floor , dry off , then jump on

the bed , until you get tired and fall asleep and dream dreams of sugar
