Wonderfully frank and evocative description of the thrall-like state that is infatuation. The placing of 'name' on a separate line set up so many double entendres and nuances, it was the highlight of the poem for me. Also loved that you wrapped it up with the title as the final line. There are a couple of typos in it, 'two' instead of 'to' manor instead of 'manner' but these are easy fixes. After a first read I felt it wandered a little and might stand some trimming back but a closer inspection revealed there was actually very little I'd leave out. My copy and paste (below) was to help me do a trial 'edit' for my own and your entertainment only. It sorts out the typos but I don't know if this format will handle my proposals about a few extra line breaks for pacing and emphasis. Whatever, it's a truly interesting and enjoyable read. I've made up my mind about

About this situation
I find my self so attracted to you
that when you are in my presence I forget my own
name. My thoughts are blank and my tongue becomes heavy and lethargic.
But today I decided to reject this love
which is more of an obsession for you
There are many who pursue
But they don't thrill me like
just the sight of you
Yes, beauty is in your favor
You have a composed refined manner
As many others do
They promise me everything
but you
won't even acknowledge me

I hunt you as if the full moon transforms me
If you come close to me
My body shivers, longing for your sex.
I imagine falling to my knees and tasting you until I am wet and fulfilled
I fear that I would let you have your way with me anytime or any place

So my decision is to
rid myself of you
Before I reach the point of no return.
There will be days when I see you and go back on my word
I will contradict my declaration
I will reach out to touch you
but lose courage
I will bite my lips and clinch down so tightly never confessing how badly I want you.
Or that for the last twelve months, every lustful moment in my life, every blueprint, every conversation, every wish of intimacy has been

......as it is filled contradiction-from the art caption to some of the words. It conveys a dual meaning to the reader (or a more singular one depending on who's reading it)  It's a very intriguing write.  A portrait of a situation that more of us have experienced than will admit it.
