From Stranger Back To Stranger
I walk past you, you are a stranger,
I know nothing about you, yet sense no danger.
We meet through a friend,
was just a greeting but that day wasn't the end.
From stranger to late night calls into the night,
I go to sleep and smile hugging my pillow tight.
Late night calls turn into hanging out with you,
the kisses, the laughing, everything was good at our secret rendezvous.
After a while our laughs became fights,
like why didn't you pick up my calls or whose that guy named Mike?
Is this really the end of our short fling,
we really had potential , we really could've been a thing.
I walk past you, you are a stranger,
Yet I know everything about you and my time you wasted was the danger.
