Soul?
did you see me in the dark
the shadows my only friends?
I return to the ashes of the past
run my hands through them
search for my soul
among dirty syringes
empty whiskey bottles
& all the porn I've devoured
empty women like me
spread so thin
they're hardly seen
just tits & ass
a tight little hole
for men to shove their fist in
is this how you find a soul?
shoot their wad
a loaded gun
pointed at my head
bullets ricochet
inside my skull
I'm nothing
but a cum slut
fucked in the ass
so I could feel alive
for a moment
in the dark I play
hide & seek
hidden in the ashes
I find my soul

Wow. That was pretty deep. Like. Ugh. I loved it. I mean, I kinda got lost in the rhythm and it seemed to constantly be changing, but it honestly worked well with the poem. Keep it up.
