once a misfit
always a misfit
a lost cause said the mother
so he kept walking way the other
till he crossed the alley
and eventually the valley
a stowaway on a boat
landed on island remote
lives a lonely life
away from world's court
a misfit amongst the fittest
he was bound to fail the test
so he started walking
unbothered they kept talking
he lives amongst the leaves
away from societal peeves
a place he finally fits
till darkness finally hits
