The age of idiocy
is dying
albeit slow
those who read their history
know
once here, now again
recite backwards
to a time
before man
as words
were created
to mean something
this
Truth to intelligence
shall live once again

Excellent Soul...many times I hear people using obscure words and can tell they don't know the true meaning...it can happen with common words as well... intelligence will rise when we become less reliant on crutches to help guide us through this world.

Appreciate You Tim-Thanks Buddy!!!
Odd how so few actually read these days, don't get me wrong, I love a good movie...but I'll read the book first.
Simplicity itself is very underrated.

When you hit it, you hit it out of the ballpark with so little words.
Being oblivious or perceptive is most often genetics, either born with it or not....but being educated to develop intelligence of all things concerned, IS A CHOICE!

Thank You MuchO for the Kudos!!! You are Very right...half the battle is being born with it. Sadly American education has been on a downward spiral for years...Thankfully some of Us have offset this by reading as much as we can get our hands on. Most choose "the movie" first and forgo the book when it comes to "Bestseller" racks

Truth to intelligence
shall live once again
you have to admit, if it wasn't so tragic
they'd be a bit entertaining to watch.
sadly, we know the implications.
love and light, dear soul awesome ink as always

Reading is not only informative but it cultivates intelligence. We learn to visualize rather than have it imagined for us on the silver screen or glass tit. I'm with you on the age of idiocy (and ignorance). Just one look at the Sunday morning political talk shows is enough. Don't get me started.....

idiocy is our inheritance, much like the wind;
desperation is our beatitude.
you lead us to a place of intelligence...

Very Buddhist feel here. You provide uncertainty within certainty. I want to call it that inner "George". (Harrison)
