I have felt a great change within, just the same. I often wonder if our experiences, thoughts and emotions eventually just begin molding us. Uncontrollably.

Balance is both a beautiful and remarkable thing because it fluctuates as waves. Rigidity stifles experience and hides (what I believe) are our true selves - and why we even came to this place.
