I volunteered for playground duties
amongst other activities
Right here
standing
remembering the chalk lines
token in hand
ready for throwing
And boys would go off
Exploring
Boundary fence before
marble flicking
Yet here now
I see no chalk lines
no marble flick or
conker hit
Iphones to ipads
Fashion accessories
Iconic brand names
with their own I can
hardly pronounce
