Making another...

rising from fractured dreams
dawn a golden hue behind clouds
memories of better days
yawned away, filed away and folded

wishful thoughts bright in pages
honoured by homage daily
caressed by a ball point pen
slither on white dear diary

life throws an abundance of rocks
no yellow fragrant lemons
I try scraping for diamonds
without lemons...no lemonades

my heart beat faster for a while
as I touched someone with a dead soul
but a minute ticked away his will
to live...sitting me firm on bottom level

making another path along the road
inhale exhale be happy with every turn
looking with new eyes on understanding
life is fleeting and the dance will end

Soon enough.
