Nicely worded. I love the way Bowie was fearless in crashing down conventional wisdom. As soon as people tried to place him in a box, there he would come totally obliterating the box.

loved that city. Taught this old Arkansas
hick some life's lessons I have never
forgotten. Lived in Flushing until the
divorce and hit Manhattan ready for
whatever the City had to throw at me.
It threw a lot.
