I will find you
I will find you
I stand upon the sandy beach,
And stare out at the sea.
My heart burdened with loss,
As my thoughts are with you.
I think about a girl I knew,
Who was so very shy.
The way your eye did sparkle,
And your wonderful, slight smile.
We'd wade into the moonlit surf,
And dance til morning sun.
The very taste of your sweet lips,
Filed me with desire.
Making love was more a dream,
That I'd hoped, would never end.
I'm brought back to reality,
By the shrieks of hovered gulls.
My memories are filled with love,
Upon this very shore.
Know my love, when I am done,
You will be mine again.
I stand upon the sandy beach,
And stare out at the sea.
My heart burdened with loss,
As my thoughts are with you.
I think about a girl I knew,
Who was so very shy.
The way your eye did sparkle,
And your wonderful, slight smile.
We'd wade into the moonlit surf,
And dance til morning sun.
The very taste of your sweet lips,
Filed me with desire.
Making love was more a dream,
That I'd hoped, would never end.
I'm brought back to reality,
By the shrieks of hovered gulls.
My memories are filled with love,
Upon this very shore.
Know my love, when I am done,
You will be mine again.
