That damned fear!
Pains me to hear,
You wish for lonely mind
Instead of racing thoughts
Afraid of demons inside.

Makes me saaad,
Yet I understand.

A manic depressive mess, me
And er now and then....

I too pray for stillness, a favorite word, Hebrew, Selah..

A prayer in one word, be still praise God, of your own understanding by all means.

But never to be empty Sweet...

Doll don't fear your own demons so,
Remember,  you are not your thoughts and demons,
rather,
You be the observer of them....

They don't define you, embrace them as cruel friends.
Introduce yourself so you know them when you see them.
Easier to not act on and we learn
From those sons a bitches!
Just don't endulge or romance them.

But never a lonely mind sweet, take joy that you are feeling
Thinking
Intelligent
Suffering
Woman
Your own heroine,
To beat back legion!!

Damn them.
Pisses me off they hurt you so.
You know what?

Give them the peace sign...✌

And when they walk away because they are bored with your lack of fright
