shadow cry
It's tough to be afraid of being loved
yet not want to be alone
though, sometimes the zoo is too much to handle
even when the tigers play nice at feeding time
so I instinctively resist sublimation
to crawl back to my bitter undeath
in the derelict corners
of a dark heart
for shadows never lie
unless I tell them it's ok
Inspired during a comment on a dear friends poem...

Well, that's what you are to me. And I knowt you get can cranky when people use your name, or picture especially... hah... Wonder who would do that?
