The Showgirl { Chapter 10}

As Nikki hung up her cell phone Nick looks at her and says " so what did they say?"
Nikki smiled and said " I got it!, we're gonna start rehearsing on Monday!"
Nick smiled and hugged her as he said " oh thats great! I'm proud of you"
Nikki smiled and said " I know I'm so happy!"
Nick then said " we should go out and celebrate!" Nikki nodded as she said " yeah we should..." then Nick said " you want to go out to dinner?..." Nikki smiled and said sure.
She got dressed then they went out and ate then Nick took her back to her place and went home.
It was now Monday, 4 PM as Nikki arrived to the rehearsal she saw there were 10 girls there including Crystal who saw Nikki as soon as she walked in and and walked up to her and said " so you got a part..." Nikki folded her arms and glared as she said " yes I got a part. Why the hell are you here?" Crystal laughed and rolled her eyes and said " I'm the lead, stupid" Nikki laughed as she said " wow that's great, but I feel sorry for the audience..." Crystal then said " oh and whys that?..." Nikki then said " because they have to watch your old ass dance..." Crystal squinted her eyes mad then walks away from her.
They begin rehearsal then by 6 PM Nikki left rehearsal as Nick picked her up and drove her to work.
Nick, drove her to the club as they arrived she went into the dressing room and got dressed in one of her costumes.
As Nikki was sitting in her chair as it was just her Nick came up behind her as he looked at her reflection in the mirror and said " such a pretty girl..." Nikki smiled and turned around as she kissed him passionately then as Crystal walked in she saw them as she stood there with a blank expression on her face.
Nick, noticed she was standing there as he stood up and said to Nikki " I'll see you on your break..." Nick was walking out the dressing room as he said hi to Crystal then Crystal glared at Nikki as she walked over to her and said " so are you fucking him for a raise or are you fucking him because you just wanted to?..."
Nikki looked at Crystal as she said " well that's none of your business so do me a favor and go screw yourself...."
Crystal stayed silent as Nikki got up from her chair and while she was walking pass her she 'accidentally' bumped into her and went on stage and danced.
Then as her break time came around Nikki sat at the bar with Nick as they drank together and talked. Then Crystal suddenly comes up to Nick as she said " hey Nick, there's a problem in the dressing room..." Nick nods as he said " ok..." then he turns to Nikki and says " I'll be back..."
Nikki nods as she watched them go into the dressing.
As Nikki sat at the bar she looked at her watch bored then Tatiana came up to her as she said " hey girl, can you give this to Nick, it's my paycheck he forgot to sign it..." Nikki nodded as she got up from the bar stool and took Tatiana's check as she walked into the dressing room she saw something that really shocked her,
her heart dropped, her eyes widen as she stood there motionless watching Nick and Crystal kissing.
