Cold Comfort Unobtainable One
Your story telling
wraps around me in a serpentine fashion
making its way to my heart and nether regions
cold comfort though
knowing I will never have you
an unobtainable ship forever at sea
visiting port to port
not staying too long in one place
loving and leaving
your mark branded on the tender minds
of the ones who loved you for a brief moment
clouding your judgment for a time
until the mists cleared
then you head out
leaving nothing behind but your heady scent
broken remains, ship wrecked women
taking solace in a blanket
that was never meant for warmth

The very stunning part of this ink,
"Cold comfort though

This would make any reader's heart pound with a cold reaction.
